Lisa was amazing! She proved to be incredibly accommodating and supportive, providing excellent care for our elderly blind, diabetic dog, elderly deaf dog, three guinea pigs, small fish aquarium, and indoor/outdoor cat. Given the complexity of our sitting situation, it required a high level of attention to detail, patience, and selflessness, and she exceeded our expectations. Lisa communicated with us daily, sending pictures and updates, and maintained a very professional and easy-to-work-with demeanor, despite being an experienced pet and home sitter. We will undoubtedly seek her services in the future and highly recommend her to others. Thank you, Lisa!

During our absence, Lisa conducted home visits on our cat. She surpassed our expectations by attempting to persuade him to come out of his hiding spots for some company, and also provided us with regular updates regarding his well-being.

We were amazed by the spectacular lady we found, Lisa! Our journey to finding her was quite unusual. We wanted someone to check on our beloved cat, Newton, while we were away. Since I work from home and Newton is accustomed to having someone around all the time, I couldn't leave for such a long duration without a trustworthy caregiver. We inquired around, but no one had a sitter they could recommend. I looked on Google, but most bigger companies only seemed to care about dogs. Fortunately, I discovered CrackerJack and found several well-reviewed sitters. However, none of them were willing to come to Boulder, except for Lisa, who was very accommodating with our busy schedules. After talking to her, I knew she was the perfect match, and even Newton warmed up to her. Lisa even went above and beyond by volunteering to take care of our mail and plants, moving our car when needed, and sending daily updates and pictures. We felt like Lisa wasn't just a pet sitter but someone who took care of our whole family. We are fortunate to have found such a caring and trustworthy friend in Boulder.

Upon signing Lisa to take care of our dogs, we never anticipated the occurrence of the most catastrophic wildfire in Colorado's history under her watch. Luckily, our dogs were able to evacuate alongside some neighbors; however, Lisa made an effort to reach out to them and confirm the timing of their return to the house. Fortunately, the house was still standing. Upon their arrival, she attentively observed them as they displayed symptoms of doggy PTSD, and it was evident that she treated them with the same care as if they were her own.

Working with Lisa has been an outstanding experience! She has displayed attentiveness towards the individual requirements and desires that I have for the welfare of my pets. Moreover, she excels as a communicator, keeping me updated with pictures and receiving regular check-ins while I'm away.
