Her Bosnian heritage and family's culinary experience inspire Chef Selma's hearty and mouthwatering comfort dishes.

After fleeing the Bosnian war, Selma initially spent seven years as a refugee in Germany before gaining asylum in the United States. Her menu delivers delicious and diverse flavors that span Europe and the Midwest, with innovative fusion offerings culled from a wide spectrum of kitchens.

In honor of Selma's cultural background, our dishes are proudly Halal certified.
