We've been a property management company in the Chicago Metro Area for 35 years, assisting property owners in safeguarding their assets, limiting risk, and increasing rental revenue. Additionally, we aid tenants in securing dependable accommodation. Our services are geared towards Residential Property Management, Commercial Property Management, On-site Management, HOA Management (Associations), and Vacation Rental Management (AirBNB). Most of our clients are based outside of the state and nation. We're a full-service property management firm, but we don't offer co-management options. We make sure to offer our clients stress-free service. Our inclusive approach encompasses the entire property management process (from painting and constructing to tenant screening, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance, and beyond).
We specialize in managing properties in receivership for the State of Illinois Courts and the United States District Court Northern District of Illinois since 2010. We have strong relationships with property owners, investors, attorneys, banks, and judges, and our managing broker is an Associate Member of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA).
