Within 10 minutes of my request, Junior replied and offered to come to my 7-unit condominium within an hour to inspect a small roof leak. He arrived in 45 minutes and spent substantial time examining the roof and capturing images. Locating the source of a roof leak can be an arduous task, particularly in my case where I lack a crawl space and have a 20ft vaulted ceiling on the third floor. Our solution was graduated, designed to address suspicious roofing nails by sealing them that same day. If this did not resolve the issue, we had another plan in place. It was a reasonable arrangement. Junior also advised on cleaning the gutters and the roof, which he photographed and would provide an estimate for. A well-informed and responsive contractor.
