I highly recommend Prostar Doors! After our side garage door failed due to our house settling, we reached out to Prostar for a quote. It was difficult to open and close, so Prostar came out to assess the situation and recommended building a customized door to fit our specific needs. Although it wasn't what we first envisioned, it was the only practical solution. Recently, Prostar completed the installation of our new fiberglass door, and the experience was excellent. We worked with an installer named Marcelo, who was kind, knowledgeable, and humble. He was a joy to work with and is truly an asset to Prostar. Our door installation was done at the Scottsdale, AZ office of this company. Tanner, who we've been working with, is a highly professional installer who is courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient at his job. Our experience was excellent, and the doors he installed are fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work.

Overall, our experience was excellent. We were in the market for three new closet doors and after checking with several companies, we found Prostar to be the most informative and helpful in terms of the available options and materials. Chris was very attentive and knowledgeable, and Ray provided even more insights about our desired product. I must especially commend Marcelo, the door installer, for his remarkable professionalism and attention to detail. He took great care to ensure that every aspect of the installation was absolutely perfect and even provided us with tips for maintaining the new doors. Marcelo also removed the old, heavy doors and tracks with great care, leaving the space spotless. The rooms with the new doors look elegant and classy, and I wholeheartedly rate Marcelo's service a 10 out of 10.
