Within minutes of my inquiry, Nick, the coordinator, responded with great communication that was clear, concise, and professional. They provided two movers and a truck who displayed great care with our items and furniture throughout the four-hour move of our one-bedroom apartment to a location that was approximately 30 minutes away. As a first-time mover, I couldn't have managed it myself in less than three days compared to the convenience of hiring movers. The price was reasonable and inclusive, making it a worthwhile investment instead of renting a U-Haul and wasting time. Thank you!

Nick, a delightful young man, aided me in organizing my move. He provided a quote and a thorough guide to the process in a timely manner. His customer service was exceptional, always being available to answer any questions I had.
Amir and Mo were the exceptional movers who handled my move. They were incredibly robust and successfully completed the job in under three hours, which was impressive as my last movers took six and a half hours and overcharged me with additional fees. They arrived on time and were exceedingly courteous.
My previous experience with movers has not been good, except with NEM!
Overall, a phenomenal experience!
