My purpose is to provide you with support in all aspects of your journey - body, mind, and spirit. While I may not possess the medical expertise of a doctor, I am dedicated to working in tandem with your current healthcare provider to mitigate any physical discomfort and aid in alleviating any mental or emotional stress.

It brings me immense satisfaction to aid individuals in finding relief from the discomfort associated with bodily and mental pain, and I believe that yoga serves as an excellent tool in this pursuit. When it comes to physical wellness, I place a strong emphasis on promoting spinal health through my teachings, and my appreciation for human anatomy and physiology is reflected in my yoga practice. Meditation and breathwork are essential components of stress relief, and I consistently incorporate these elements into each session. Finally, a key aspect of my role in teaching yoga is cultivating mindfulness and awareness within my students.

My butt was thoroughly kicked by Kris's class! It felt rewarding to be coerced into new methods as it's effortless to default to familiar routines during my personal practice. The class enlightened me about muscle groups that had escaped my notice before, but the meditation and breathing exercises balanced out the overall intensity.

I requested Kris to help me open up my hips and quadriceps as I was suffering from a hamstring injury. Kris efficiently guided me through a series of movements that prevented any tension on my hamstrings. Throughout the practice, she frequently checked in with me and focused on proper alignment to simultaneously strengthen my hamstrings. Kris also presented me with challenging hip openers and concluded the session with an achievable meditation (which tends to be difficult for me). I am grateful to Kris for her assistance!
