Although the grout repair work was great and seamless, there was an issue with punctuality. The workers arrived two hours later than expected and failed to provide any prior notification of their delay. As a result, I had to initiate contact and inquire why they had not arrived at the scheduled time.

My new home was transformed into something amazing thanks to the exceptional work of Meni and Albert. These two are true perfectionists who exhibit honesty, reliability, and respect in all that they do. In just five short days, they replaced the old tiles and carpet of my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with pristine porcelain tiles, just as they promised. Their work was so impressive that I decided to hire them for additional projects which included remodeling my master bathroom, installing a kitchen backsplash, and adding new tiles to my guest bathroom. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated kindness, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and even had a great sense of humor.
