Hi there! I'm Brandon, the founder of Journey Fitness, an in-home coaching company that brings equipment straight to you! My greatest joy is sharing my passion and expertise for healthy living with others and helping them integrate fitness into their everyday lives.

As someone who has been involved in sports since age 5 and fitness since age 15, I have developed a system that empowers people to transform their bodies and feel their best. My experience ranges from working with children between 5 to 75 years of age, including those with ADD & ADHD, to training individuals who aspire to join the armed forces and need to meet rigorous physical standards.

I would love to discuss opportunities for collaboration and explore how I can support you on your health and wellness journey. Witnessing the positive reactions of my clients as they see changes in their body composition and experience emotional benefits is truly rewarding. I also enjoy educating people about healthy nutrition and movement mechanics to help them prevent injuries, strengthen crucial parts of their bodies, and improve their posture.

When I made the choice to seek out a fitness coach to assist me in my weight loss and fitness goals, I had no idea that I would come across someone as amazing as Brandon. Not only does he provide excellent coaching and guidance on my journey, but he displays genuine care for my progress, continuously motivates me, celebrates my accomplishments, and is an incredible workout partner. For about a month now, I have been training with Brandon, one of the most dedicated and experienced trainers in the game. Twice a week, I'm faced with a variety of challenges that he carefully crafts into each session. He has an amazing personality that makes me feel like I'm working out with my best friend. More importantly, Brandon knows how to push me and keep me motivated towards achieving my fitness goals. With Brandon, every session is both challenging and rewarding. Since working with him, I've seen a noticeable improvement in my fitness level, especially in areas such as sit-ups, core exercises, lifting progressively heavier weights and pushing myself more intensely through each session. I eagerly anticipate each session with Brandon, knowing that it will be highly effective and exciting. What sets Brandon apart from other trainers is his keen eye for technique and his unwavering punctuality. He is always ready to start our session ahead of time, and he ensures that every exercise that I do is executed with proper form. Brandon deserves a huge amount of gratitude from us. Since our initial meeting/interview in 2021, he has displayed kindness, patience, and understanding. Brandon has created a program tailored to Andrew's objectives, which has resulted in an extraordinary outcome achievable with mutual dedication and support. The only word that truly captures my experience with Brandon is "incredible". I've been working with him for nearly four months now, which is the longest I've consistently exercised in over three decades. Initially, I was hesitant about working with a personal trainer due to my age - I'm 57 - and thinking that I could handle it on my own. However, I was wrong on both counts. During our first meeting, Brandon reassured me by explaining how he tailors workouts to the individual and that he's worked with clients who are much older and in worse shape than I am. Despite my fears about being too sore or embarrassed, I'm grateful that my wife nudged me to take the first step. After interviewing several trainers on CrackerJack, I chose Brandon for his free, no-obligation evaluation. During this session, we did a few exercises and had a chat, which convinced me to hire him as my personal trainer. And what a great decision it was - not only has my energy level skyrocketed, but I've also shed pounds and gained muscle in areas I didn't even know existed! Brandon taught me about the concept of stabilization muscles and how important they are to train, something most people don't even know. For more than three months, I have been undergoing training under the tutelage of Brandon, and I have never been happier. Brandon is an embodiment of dedication, hard work, and motivation. He is highly attentive and understands my aspirations while providing the necessary support to achieve my goals. Before now, I never had plans to undergo training like this, but with Brandon, everything is so engaging and fun that I do not even realize how time flies.
