Veronica from K9vacay disregarded my specific instructions for the care of my French Bulldog, causing me great dissatisfaction upon picking him up. Despite providing medicated wipes for his facial folds, my dog now has infections under his eyes due to neglect. Additionally, he has a rash on his testicles that could have been prevented with proper use of the wipes. Both of his ears are now infected as well. Although I requested a strict feeding schedule, Veronica claimed he had already eaten dinner when I arrived at 5:00pm, despite his vet reporting a completely empty stomach. The food he did receive did not adhere to his dietary restrictions, as evidenced by the abnormal green stool on his fur. I provided explicit care instructions both verbally and in written form, yet Veronica decided to disregard them and care for my dog in her own manner. Her negligence has resulted in a $750 vet bill and has left me feeling furious and heartbroken. I regret leaving my beloved Frenchie in her care.

Bourbon, my Boston Terrier, has developed a wonderful bond with Veronica. Throughout the time they have spent together, she has assisted me with his training, cared for him while I was away on business trips, and ensured he got his daily walks.
