Considering the supply and demand situation, I was willing to wait. However, the moment the windows arrived, I received prompt notification and the installation was scheduled promptly. Through their Instagram ad, we came across these individuals who pleased us with their responsiveness. The salesperson displayed patience by taking ample time to explain everything, without attempting to coerce us into buying the most expensive door. We went through several iterations, and he kept us updated throughout the process. They effectively made the opening larger to fit our desired door size by installing a new header and expertly tidied up the area afterwards. We encountered no hiccups or missing components, and the entire process was completed within a day. We will certainly employ their services for future projects.

Tim Amick was amazing. He visited my house to assess the cost of replacing my windows and I informed him about my requirement for new gutters. He quoted me for both. I'm still uncertain regarding the windows but I ended up buying new gutters. They were set up on the last Friday and they have vastly improved the look of my house, matching perfectly with the new roof. I'm delighted with Merrifield, their team and salespeople are superb as well as their products.
