Nicholas Rollins leads the Loyalty Plumbing crew. He is a fourth-generation Las Vegas native and began his plumbing career while serving in the US Army. Nicholas was cross-trained and certified as a pipefitter with the US Air Force. Once honorably discharged from the military, he returned to his roots of providing top-notch customer service and utilizing his plumber certification to assist clients. The service was excellent, and the technician was both professional and thorough. They successfully completed the project by installing the valve in my kitchen, which was much needed. However, I regret not having had the chance to obtain price estimates from other companies as their rates were a bit expensive.
