Being a graduate in psychology has benefitted me greatly in terms of acquiring and improving upon interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics. My own positive experience in purchasing a home led me towards a career in real estate.
Coming from Detroit, I have learned to fall in love with Charlotte, the city I now call home. Having extensive knowledge about the city allows me to guide my clients in making well-informed decisions while investing in properties, be it for residential or commercial purposes. When not working, I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures and attending music festivals all while being a father to my four beautiful children.

As a working mother of four who frequently travels, finding a suitable home was not an easy task for me. My schedule was so tight that I barely had time to eat or sleep, let alone hunt for a home. While searching for a realtor to assist me, I came across several who only asked for the basic information like location, number of rooms and budget. Being a first-time homebuyer, I expected someone who would guide me through the process rather than simply present me with a list of houses to choose from.
However, when I met Mr. Graves, I found he was different in that he took the time to know me as an individual instead of labeling me based on my budgetary constraints. Andrew was genuinely interested in finding a home that was as close to my dream property as possible. With his help, I was able to avoid searching and inspecting a vast number of below-par listings. Andrew did the work for me, presenting me with a shorter, more focused list, allowing me to choose my dream home with ease.
