I want to give a strong endorsement to David's Landscape services. They were hired by me for weed removal and I had the pleasure of working with Juan and his team. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations. Juan even went out of his way to cut my front lawn. The entire team left my backyard spotless. I am so impressed that I plan to hire them for all future landscaping projects. Juan and his team are true rockstars. Thank you all so much for your hard work! On a Friday, I contacted Juan and his team to receive a quote for removing overgrown plants and weeds from two areas of my home. To my surprise, he arrived on a Saturday morning with a very reasonable price. When I inquired about his availability, he mentioned having to be near Wrigley later in the day but offered to begin work right away. Impressed with his promptness and willingness to work, I immediately hired him. Juan and his team began clearing the brush and went beyond expectations by cutting and edging my lawn, as well as cleaning all debris from both my front and back yards. Their excellent customer service was evident throughout the process, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The experience was simply perfect. We reached out to the team for a major weeding and yard clean up, which had been neglected for 6 months, and they scheduled an appointment on the same day. The team spent 6 hours here that weekend and did an incredible job. We are extremely satisfied and have decided to hire them for recurring services to maintain our property year-round. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Juan has forever earned my business at this place. His expertise, attentiveness, and ability to tailor his work to my needs (low maintenance and cost-effective solutions) have made him invaluable. He is dedicated, responsive, and overall great to work with. Over the decade that I have owned this house, I have worked with several people in this line of work, all of whom were satisfactory but none of whom were exceptional, until Juan came along. Simply put, he is the best. While I typically don't give directives, I am confidently telling you to stop your search and hire Juan. He charges comparable rates to others in the field but holds a much higher standard in terms of value. I can attest to this, having reluctantly passed on Juan initially and opted for a cheaper option. This alternative ended up being a major headache in terms of delays, no communication, and a lackluster final product. Juan inherited this mess, and he gracefully turned it around to impress me beyond measure. The end result is beautiful, and I feel proud to show it off. I believe that Juan genuinely loves what he does, and it reflects in his work. Don't hesitate to seek him out; you will regret the money you have spent on subpar work in the past. Juan is the real deal, and you will feel like a smart, savvy, and satisfied customer. Trust me, this is a promise.
