The shingles on our residence were damaged by strong winds. We received a comprehensive explanation of the necessary repairs and a competitive offer from Solaroo. Our insurance agent concurred with Solaroo's evaluation of the harm. Solaroo quickly replaced the old roofing with top-notch code materials within two days. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Rick, the contractor we are working with, has been a pleasure to work with. He has been incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout the process. While we haven't yet settled on a definite date for the roof repair, Rick has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with color selections and even assisted us in meeting with our insurance adjuster - a significant relief. Following a recent windstorm, one area of our roof sustained severe damage, but Rick temporarily covered it at no extra cost to prevent internal damage in the event of poor weather. We are extremely pleased with Rick's meticulousness thus far!

The team was top-notch, particularly Richard who was incredibly professional. They successfully extracted my swamp cooler and fixed the roof, and to top it off, they even managed to save me some money by utilizing materials they already had to match the shingles instead of requiring me to order new ones. If I ever require any further roof repairs in the future, I'll unquestionably be returning to this team.

Solaroo will be performing the job in mid-September, and I have provided a deposit after receiving a quote. I had an excellent meeting with Cade, who came well-prepared with proof of license and insurance, which I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, he demonstrated his commitment to quality by inspecting the roof twice. This was particularly impressive since representatives from two other companies I contacted refused to go on the roof at all. It's difficult to understand why they would expect to be hired if they don't even examine the work that needs to be done. I am excited to work with Solaroo and look forward to the project.
