Endless home improvements

The work was performed admirably, however, I had to deduct a star due to apparent communication shortcomings within the company. 1. The drywall and flooring work were exceptional, although despite my confirming twice that it shouldn't be covered, the crawl space was still sealed with flooring. I was assured that it would be removed, yet after paying in full, it remained covered. It took four separate visits to eventually uncover the crawl space. 2. Following the new installation, the bathroom faucet was loose and it required three visits to rectify. 3. The toilet was apparently reinstalled but not properly sealed to the floor, as was promised when the faucet was addressed. To avoid further delay and miscommunication, I requested another party to handle the issue. 4. We were informed that all work would be completed the same day, but it actually took two weeks to finalize, causing us to rearrange our work schedules. Despite everything, the work quality was overall exceptional, although it would be ideal if the company could communicate better amongst themselves and with the customer.

They demolished an outdated playground set and assisted us in disposing of several excess cartons, damaged furniture, and discarded paint cans. They accomplished the task admirably! :)
