I did not avail of this service as my circumstances changed and I no longer require it. However, despite multiple requests to stop, the concept continues to send me messages. This behavior shows that they either do not care or are desperate, both of which are very frustrating.

Brooke arrived promptly for our meeting regarding the gutter guards and my spouse and I. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about Homecraft Cutter items, conveying valuable information. We found her to be quite professional, and we inked a contract before her departure.

The company is not reliable as they deceived me from the start. The representative who visited my home was informed of the need for black gutter guards because of the color of my gutters. The contract also highlighted this. However, during the installation process, the company failed to provide the requested black gutter guards and drainage spouts. I had already cleaned and secured my gutters before the company started their work. The representative assured me that the cost of gutter guards included cleaning and repairs. As per their promise, the company was supposed to remove the gutters, place metal wedges, and then reinstall the gutters, but they did not remove the gutters and used wooden wedges instead. I feel cheated, thinking that the company took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I paid $2000 for something that could have been done for $350 by a teenager. The company's approach was aggressive, their promises false. I'm infuriated and disheartened with the sales representative, accounting department, and the company. I am not satisfied with their work and strongly discourage others from engaging with them.
