From conducting wine tastings, aiding with event arrangements, server instruction or exploring dinner party pairings, I possess the know-how and experience necessary for excellent service and an extraordinary experience.
Previously, I operated a private chef and event catering business on CrackerJack; however, I have now shifted my concentration to sommelier and wine consulting. My professional background includes being a chef, wine retailer, server, working in a winery's cellar, presently employed with a wine auction house, and holding a level 4 WSET Diploma.
