Urgent patching was required due to a leak during heavy rain, and must be completed prior to the next rainfall. Fortunately, contact was established and a team arrived the same day for assessment. The Platinum HB installed two roof jack drillings as a part of the operation. In 2018, we had a new tile roof installed which was an amazing job and still appears new. Furthermore, my daughter's house received a new ornamental comp roof, and we suggested replacement tile and roofs to our two neighbors. The end product was exceptional, thank you.
