Garrett and Ryan provided us with an exceptional experience by repairing our decorative outdoor fountain. The fountain's problem was accurately diagnosed by Garrett, who was very well-informed and helpful. Ryan arrived the same day to assist us in remedying the situation. I strongly suggest their services because of their responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism - and, of course, their successful completion of the job!

Despite the difficulty of getting people to show up on time, Tropaqatic is excelling in their ongoing job. Their counsel has been highly beneficial, and I anticipate enjoying a healthy and well-maintained pond for years to come, filled with both goldfish and koi. Tropaqatic is currently conducting leak checks, enhancing the filter system and pumps, and advising me on my future plans for vegetation and the introduction of fish. Although a liner may be necessary, Tropaqatic is postponing any recommendations until a second leak check is performed. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their work thus far.
