My interaction with Erica was fantastic. I requested her to create two portrait pieces of my niece, and the outcome she produced was exceptional. Throughout the process, Erica was diligent in providing updates and verifying details.

Initially, I reached out to Erica Bottger (http://www.ericapaints.com/) to commission a painting for my Mother's 70th birthday. Drawing inspiration from one of my Mom's treasured photographs, I had envisioned the piece in the style of a nostalgic Norman Rockwell painting. Erica quickly grasped my vision and was eager to begin the project. However, the covid pandemic suddenly emerged, causing the abrupt cancellation of my Mom's birthday event. Consequently, I had to postpone the painting commission. Erica was very understanding and patient during this confusing period, making the early stages of the process a pleasant experience. Eventually, I resumed contact with Erica, and she immediately resumed working on the painting. Throughout the project, she kept me informed of her progress and shared photos to involve me in the pivotal decisions regarding style and color scheme. It was truly a collaborative effort that brought my vision to fruition. Due to the pandemic, I requested that Erica coordinate shipping the artwork directly to my Mom since I was not able to deliver it to her. She had no issues accommodating this request, and the painting was delivered promptly. While I regret not having a photograph of the final piece to share, I can confidently say that the end result was spectacular. My Mother was thrilled with the painting, and I am grateful that Erica helped brighten our lives during such a challenging time. As a present for my boyfriend, I planned to portray my dog on a cardholder. It was a joy to collaborate with Erica, and we are thrilled with the outcome!! Despite having no previous exposure to leather painting, Erica conducted her investigations, acquired the required materials, and produced several test paintings, one of which was on leather, to ensure that the artwork appeared fantastic and remained on the surface. We interacted regularly, and she graciously accommodated any adjustments I recommended. Erica is extremely skilled, and her illustrations are genuinely stunning and impressive!!

Our horse illustration turned out to be amazing thanks to Erica's outstanding work. She regularly communicated with me and was open to incorporating any modifications. She was incredibly accommodating throughout the project, making it a breeze to work with her.
