Scheduling my pickup online proved to be a hassle-free process. The day prior to my scheduled appointment, they reached out to confirm my booking. On the day of my appointment, they got in touch with me to inform me of their estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, they outlined GJ's charging policy, presented their fee schedule and gave me the cost after assessing the items to be taken away. Once I agreed to the pricing, they proceeded to load the items which I had gathered in my garage. Payment was made upon completion of the job, and it was a breeze to wrap up. I will be availing of their services again in the future.
