My main line had a leak just outside my home, buried underground. I found Premium Plumbing through the CrackerJack app and they responded promptly, scheduling an appointment for the following day. Corey arrived on time and explained the cause of the leak, the steps he would take to fix it, and the repair cost. I agreed to move forward with the repair, and Megan kept me in the loop throughout the process. The next day, Corey returned and showed me the copper pipe that had caused the issue, along with pictures of the completed repair.
