Julio from Grout work LA displayed promptness, efficiency, and a wealth of knowledge during his service. He expertly re-grouted, cleaned, and sealed four bathrooms. Our initial meeting was on Saturday during which he provided a job quote. Remarkably, he finished the job the next day before my tenant's return from vacation. Julio was truly a lifesaver! Karen

Julio's response was prompt; he arrived and assessed the project, provided a reasonable estimate, and scheduled an appointment. He arrived promptly and proceeded to scrape, clean, re-grout, and seal two tile countertops, as well as caulk them. The finished product was impressive! Julio also gave me guidance on how to maintain and clean the countertops. In the past, two other tile companies--not including CrackerJack--had failed to show up. Julio also cleaned my master bathroom's grout. If there is a chance, I would gladly collaborate with him again. Despite it being a small job and challenging to locate a contractor, Julio completed it admirably. Thank you, Julio!

After receiving our request, Julio promptly arrived for an inspection of the job, which consisted of approximately 800 sq ft. of tile in need of cleaning. He wasted no time in providing a quote, and openly discussed the details of the job, even presenting a sample of what the cleaned grout and tile could look like. On the scheduled day, his team successfully cleaned our tile to the very best of their abilities. Julio went above and beyond by following up with us to ensure our satisfaction.
