We engaged Kool Kids to provide decoration and entertainment for our 5-year-old's party, and they executed their services incredibly well. The kids were absolutely entertained, and their balloon creations were exquisite.

The experience was dreadful as the final outcome failed to meet the promised or agreed standards. The person in charge seemed incompetent and lacked knowledge. Despite throwing a grand party, the decorations were horrendous and failed to impress anyone. My husband and friends had to intervene and fix a broken frame, while the backdrop was far from ideal. Moreover, the words started peeling off before the start of the party and the balloons were unsatisfactory.

Throughout my event, the owner, Cathy, was nothing short of extraordinary. From our first interaction to the very end, she handled everything with the utmost professionalism, paying close attention to every detail. The decor that she provided was truly stunning. Considering the incredible quality of her work, her pricing was more than reasonable. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend her services to anyone seeking event or party decor.
