Hello there, my name is Kris and I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist as well as a nutrition coach. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science. My priority in training is to not only make it enjoyable, but to also ensure that you see RESULTS. During our sessions, we will cover a wide range of topics such as nutrition, training routines outside of sessions, and post-workout recovery protocols. My ultimate goal is to help you succeed at your highest potential by equipping you with all the necessary tools to reach your desired outcome. I look forward to hearing from you soon. For more than half a year, Kris has been my workout partner. Not only is he a consummate professional with vast knowledge, but he also keeps me on track and is a really nice person.
