Upon receiving my work order request, Ryan immediately responded and proved to be the sole contractor amongst the seven contacted who exhibited professionalism by reaching back out. He adhered to punctuality and demonstrated flexibility in accommodating any alterations made to the initial scope of work. Ryan and his team exceeded expectations and I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.

I am content with everything mentioned above. The individual arrived at the designated time and charged the promised amount, exhibiting a high level of professionalism. They fulfilled my specific request precisely.

Ryan did an amazing job of installing a back door for us and also added a doggy door. We initially purchased a door from Lowe's, but it turned out to be the wrong size. Ryan went above and beyond by procuring the appropriate sized door and completing the task impeccably. We would not hesitate to enlist his services in the future.

This is only an initial review, and I plan to write another one once the remodeling projects are finished. Ryan Dodson has been an absolute pleasure to work with since the start. He displays punctuality, professionalism, responsiveness, cordiality, and above all, trustworthiness. After the first consultation, both my father and I instantly liked him (my dad even gave me a "thumb's up" when Ryan exited our home). Despite having informed Ryan that we were still in the process of receiving additional bids, he went out of his way to help us before being hired. As I work in the legal profession, we conducted our due diligence by interviewing several contractors and verifying the necessary licenses before hiring Ryan. My father and I are excited to work with Ryan on our bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects, and we aim to write another review upon completion.

Calstar's (Ryan's) punctuality, professionalism, and organization were evident as he arrived right on schedule for our appointment and immediately got to work. Despite the 20-year-old installation and the complexity of the replacement parts, he found them at a reasonable price and made them fit exceptionally well. Incredibly, the parts cost was not inflated, and he only charged us the quoted minimum labor cost. This was a pleasant surprise as I had expected to pay more given the level of difficulty. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Calstar (Ryan) to anyone looking for exceptional workmanship.
