Sarah is amazing! Despite not being an athletic individual, I was anxious to start personal training. However, Sarah managed to make the entire process comfortable and gradually introduced me to the fitness realm (while still challenging me, as evidenced by my soreness this morning!). She comprehensively explains the proper technique for each exercise and its benefits. More importantly, she is genuinely personable, and it's delightful to have a supportive and friendly face spurring me onwards. I will invariably recommend her!

Sarah is an amazing trainer. She listens to my complaints about working out and maintains a positive and calm demeanor, encouraging us to keep going. Despite my wrist being sprained during our sessions, she smoothly adapted my workout to ensure I stayed on track. The fact that I continued going to training even with an injury is a testament to her value. I typically make excuses to skip working out, but Sarah has me hooked with her guidance and feedback to safely improve my strength and fitness. I strongly recommend Sarah!

Initially, I had doubts about hiring a personal trainer. Since I had not worked with one before, I did not foresee how it could significantly impact my fitness journey. However, my perception changed when I met Sarah. She surpassed my expectations and demonstrated an exceptional breadth of knowledge beyond just workout routines. Her expertise in muscle dynamics and addressing back pains was impressive. Upon observing my posture, Sarah provided practical tips on how to correct it, rather than just instructing me to stand upright. Although I did not experience frequent discomfort, Sarah helped me manage random discomforts and address my posture-related issues.
