Noble Plumbing was hired to fix a leaky outdoor spigot in both the basement and outside. We contacted Josh who was able to complete the job the following day. He arrived promptly and efficiently repaired the leak, explaining the details of the fix, and demonstrating the failure of an old part, as well as the poor attempt of a prior owner to repair a previously burst copper pipe. Josh prepared a written receipt for parts and labor. Furthermore, he was considerate of our sleeping baby, and mindful not to slam a door that was prone to catch in the wind.

CrackerJack and Noble Plumbing made the entire repair process effortless. They accommodated me promptly. Perhaps, a former resident of my dwelling left a hose on during a cold spell. Josh precisely explained the issue, resolved it proficiently, and identified the broken pipe to me. Additionally, he recommended a professional to repair the drywall opening created during the procedure. It was indeed exceptional service!
