I am Melissa O’Neal, a United States Marine Corps Veteran, and the proud owner of O’Neal’s Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning. My partner, Lauren Peterson, and I started this company after witnessing many years of poor customer service, work quality, and management while working for others. We’re moms, and we genuinely care about the air quality and health of people's homes. We are passionate about providing the best quality service to our customers. We take great care in being thorough, honest, and friendly with all our customers.

We understand that air duct cleaning knowledge is not enough, and thus we have fostered all necessary skills, from handling large multi-system homes to dryer vent cleaning. We guarantee all our work, and we are fully bonded and insured.

O'Neal's arrived promptly and promptly began the inspection. After conducting their assessment, they discovered that my coils were coated in both dust and mold. Despite attempting to clean them, the unit was too far gone. O'Neal's remained truthful during the entire process and suggested replacement rather than a mere cleaning. Their honesty and recommendation were appreciated as they could have taken the easy route and neglected the issue. I enlisted the services of this company to thoroughly clean my air ducts and vents, as well as my dryer vents. They also suggested additional services that were necessary, such as cleaning the evaporator coils and plenum. Despite the challenge posed by the accumulation caused by my three pets, the cost was reasonable. The prompt arrival of O'Neal's Air Duct crew, together with their utmost professionalism, allowed them to rapidly clean several years' worth of debris accumulated within my dryer air vent. They also took the time to restore everything to its proper placement within the laundry room before leaving. Subsequently, my dryer now takes half the time to dry the same load as before. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of work done, as well as the affordability of their services. I strongly advise considering them for your air duct cleaning requirements.

I wish I could grant them additional stars! I cannot express my admiration enough for Lauren and Melissa. They impeccably cleaned our vents and dryer duct, leaving our living space spotless and perfumed. We can now inhale fresh air without stumbling upon any dense dust particles. Moreover, they did not attempt to push any added services on us, which was a relief. Even my reticent husband was impressed.
