She and her team took care of all day of coordination responsibilities including assisting with setting up, ensuring all vendors were aware of the timeline and their tasks, and facilitating the rehearsal the previous day to ensure everyone was prepared for the following day. Jessi and her team made everyone feel at ease by assuring them that they would handle any unexpected situations that may arise. Working with Jessi was a joy, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did. Thank you, Jessi, for making the day a success. We couldn't have done it without you!

All vendors showed up on time and were well-informed about everything. Jessi remained calm and cooperative while discussing the options and adjusting the schedule on the wedding day. My suggestion would be for Jessi or her assistant to be present during pre-wedding hair/makeup time to ensure everyone sticks to the timeline before the wedding. Additionally, clear communication channels on how and when to contact the planner should be provided. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Jessi and recommend her services for all kinds of event coordination!
