After realizing my old and worn out garage needed some attention, I reached out to Ala for help. Upon his assessment, he discovered some termite damage that the previous contractor had missed. Ala swiftly took down the damaged wall and repaired the areas affected. His approachable nature and willingness to consider client suggestions made him a joy to work with. Furthermore, Ala's meticulous attention to detail ensured the finished product looked like new and exceeded my expectations. I initially brought Ala on for a small job under 3k, but was so impressed that I eventually hired him to redo my entire house. His previous projects showcased his undeniable skill and proved he was worthy of being featured in high-end home and architectural magazines. However, it was his integrity in dealing with clients and positive demeanor that really won me over. I'm grateful to have found him through CrackerJack, and can confirm that the man in the photo is indeed Ala, sporting a friendly smile.

The work commenced promptly once the agreement was reached, however, the quality of work lacked attention to detail. Furthermore, some of the items that were agreed upon were not completed to the expected standard.

I would rate Ala 6 stars if it were an option - he is the best Handy man I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Recently, I contacted him to fix my kitchen cabinet, and not only did he do an exemplary job with the help of his assistant, but he also demonstrated a strong appreciation for his customers and his craft.

Due to a bathroom leak, we had to replace some parts of the wall and ceiling, as shown in the before picture. However, Al did a fantastic job in renovating my kitchen, as well as installing new flooring throughout our lower level. He went above and beyond by staining my door for me, even though it was not included in the initial project. We were thoroughly impressed by Al's professionalism, punctuality, and excellent work. Every day, I wake up in awe of how incredible our home looks. 😍
