An emergency was not the reason for the recent sink and disposal hose rerouting hookup. My son reported that the installer was skilled and proficient. However, I was taken aback by the cost, which exceeded my expectations, given that my son had completed a significant amount of the work beforehand. I find it important to mention that I was not offered a senior discount, which is indicated in your company's summary. As an 80-year-old resident of Sun City West, I believe I am eligible for this type of discount, and I would appreciate receiving a credit for it. Thank you.
