I reached out to them on a Saturday noon because of a leakage in my ceiling. I shared my contact details along with pictures of the problem. I was notified through an automated message via CrackerJack that they would get back to me soon. However, it is now Sunday night and there has been no communication from their end. Fortunately, I was able to have the issue resolved by a different company.
