Their service was highly professional! They fulfilled my expectations and communicated excellently by promptly replying to my calls and texts, and sending pictures of the completed job. Punctuality was also remarkable, and they did an exceptional job, leaving the area clean after completion. Additionally, their issuance of a professional invoice was highly appreciated. I went out there on the same day, gave a quote, and commenced the work the next day. It was excellent, and I strongly suggest it!

They were hired to tackle a large weeding and mulching project, which they completed satisfactorily. However, I cannot recommend them for regular lawn cutting services. Despite agreeing to a service frequency of every 10 days, they would only show up every 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. Additionally, when they did show up, the grass was cut unevenly and left at varying lengths with some areas presumably missed entirely. Furthermore, they left grass clippings all over my deck and their own mulched beds, creating a huge mess. Despite my attempts to reach out about their punctuality issues, they would only respond when they were ready. When I raised concerns about the poor quality of their work, they simply stopped showing up without any further communication. Please refer to the attached pictures to see the unevenness and missed spots from their last visit.

Xavier consistently demonstrates punctuality and responsiveness in his communication, while honoring the designated time of service. His work is highly valued, especially for managing an overgrown yard that resulted from others not fulfilling their duties. Finishing Touches did an exceptional job on the task by highlighting clean edges and blowing off any excess debris from the hard surfaces.
