Once Antonio/Jose completed the job, we experienced a miscommunication regarding the texture required. I assumed that he would match the texture in the other room. However, when I mentioned my uncertainty about the texture, he responded in an aggressive tone on the phone, blaming me for not providing specific instructions. Later, a large bubble appeared in the ceiling, and I requested Jose's assistance in fixing it, but received no response. Despite giving him ample time, there was no reply. While I seldom complain about the service on CrackerJack, this type of customer service is unacceptable and should not be experienced by anyone. Consequently, consider it the opposite of a referral. Jose, it is essential to be courteous to clients and resolve any issues with the work. 👍

Antonio began strongly by smoothing out my textured ceiling and applying a fresh coat of paint. However, on the last day of the project, he seemed hurried to leave. The following day, I noticed several incomplete areas and the light fixtures that he had removed from the ceiling and re-installed were falling off. After notifying him, Antonio promised to return and complete the work, but failed to do so. Despite my numerous attempts to contact him, he never responded and eventually stopped answering my calls and texts. It is unfortunate how it ended as he had initially shown great professionalism, but his lack of responsiveness and unprofessionalism was disappointing.
