Due to the flooding on September 10th in Washington DC, my basement was destroyed entirely. I was extremely distressed but fortunately, ServPro/Wilson Enterprise, Inc. assisted me in a remarkable restoration and renovation. My new basement has completely captivated me. I am expressing my deep gratitude to Kevin, Justin, Juan, and their teams for delivering an exceptional and proficient job. I am amazed by all of them!

My spouse and I bought an extremely outdated house that required an extensive renovation of the entire first floor. After consulting with various firms, we decided to go with Wilson Enterprise. Despite the project's complexity and duration, the team's dedication and tireless efforts were immensely appreciated. The transformation of the house is astonishing, as evidenced by the attached before-and-after photo. We couldn't be more pleased with our new home!

The next week, they promptly scheduled a no-cost evaluation. Before their arrival, I inquired if they had any concerns about the elaborate project. Unfortunately, no response was received. During the scheduled time, they notified me of a conflict and then later informed me that the project was beyond their expertise. We were fortunate to avoid this company!

Initially, our consultation with Wilson reassured us about our laundry room renovation. However, the experience went downhill thereafter. The service providers displayed very little concern for the quality of their work, leading us to request their return multiple times for issues such as slanted shelves, unpainted sections, and unconnected shelving. Yet, each fix resulted in an additional incomplete task. The final straw came when we discovered that they had failed to connect the water pipe to the drain, causing water accumulation on the floor. We were fortunate to have caught it early before significant damage occurred. Despite completing the job on time, their work was inadequate, extending the process for several weeks and requiring numerous calls to correct. The situation was very vexing.

We are aware that video estimates hold no value as they ultimately result in an in-person estimate that requires payment unless you enlist the services of the company for the task.
