Maxim Mediation

Since 1996, Robyn Kissee has been providing mediation and consulting services in multiple areas of business and personal matters. As a business owner since 2003, she has gained solid experience in mediation, specializing in various areas such as labor and union disputes, insurance, family and cultural issues, among others.

Robyn has certification in Basic Mediation and Family Mediation and provides a unique perspective due to her experience working in the staffing and recruiting industry for over 20 years. Her experience has allowed her to view issues from the point of view of both the employer and the employee. Additionally, as a mediator, she takes the time to understand each party's goals and concerns, working to create a solution that everyone agrees with.

Maxim Mediation is dedicated to helping animals too. They support a local rescue that rehabilitates horses, donkeys, dogs, and mules, and they donate a portion of their profits to help these animals. By using Maxim Mediation, clients can directly help an animal, and they will receive a picture and bio of the animal they assisted with their donation.
