The work is impressive and the customer service is incredible!

Their work was superb and their professionalism was commendable. Additionally, the walls that they painted look astonishingly beautiful. My husband and I enthusiastically endorse their services and plan to hire them for any future projects.

After receiving a great estimate from Carlos, we hired him for what we thought would be professional workmanship. However, upon completion of the job, we were disappointed to find several mistakes. Carlos failed to fill-in spaces with caulking, left paint drips on the door, neglected to scrape debris off the door before painting, and even left paint drips on the beveled glass panels. He did not finish painting the side of the door and neglected to paint any of the door moldings he installed. In addition, after re-hanging the door, he left a footprint on the back and it no longer fits properly. To add insult to injury, Carlos asked for more money at the end, claiming he underbid the job. When we contacted him to come fix his errors, we received no response. After looking at his photo gallery of other projects, we have doubts about the quality of his work. We had to hire someone else to re-hang the door and would not recommend Hephaestus Renovations to anyone, unless they want to pay for someone else to fix his mistakes.
