Greetings,I am Will, a member of the RPM Team – a fully-equipped engineering and project management firm with an extensive background in handling residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Our company's inception, three years ago, aimed to resolve a persistent shortcoming in the design domain - providing prompt design services within an industry plagued by prolonged lead times and holdups. Our unique approach has garnered immense prosperity, as we have successfully executed various projects, including the Emergency Covid Relief Hospital in Los Angeles, Embarcadero Homeless Navigation Center in San Francisco, several notable military ventures, and numerous residential and commercial undertakings across the country.

Someone reported me for not having a building permit, so I hired Will under the impression that I needed one. It turns out that I didn't need it after all, and I found myself caught in the middle of a complicated situation. I felt like I deserved a refund as my contractor and Will seemed to be in cahoots.
