I had some kittens under my care and unfortunately, they managed to break free from their vent cage and make their way into the airducts of my home. In a state of panic, I reached out to Marv's after hours for assistance. They were quick to respond and kept me informed about the technician's arrival time - which was approximately 20 minutes from the time I called. Dan arrived promptly and was more than willing to help, despite it being after hours. He provided reassurance and worked efficiently to locate the missing kittens. Dan was patient, understanding and took great care in repairing and cleaning up everything afterward. I truly appreciate the speed and professionalism with which Marv's team handled this unfortunate situation. I am also happy to report that all the kittens are doing well. Dan was amazing and I highly recommend him and Marv's for their exceptional service!
