Meeting Rich and Fran was a delight as they warmly welcomed my dogs and offered to introduce them to their own beloved pets. The meet and greet went smoothly and my dogs, Bella and Peyton, immediately felt at ease in their presence. Throughout the week-long stay, they provided timely and reassuring updates, including photos of my pets. I was pleased to see that Bella and Peyton received exceptional care and attention from Rich and Fran. The fenced yard was an added bonus as it gave my dogs ample room to play and exercise. Overall, discovering Rich and Fran was a fantastic experience.

Fran and Rich's Bed and Biscuit provided an exceptional stay for our beloved maltipoo, Paige. The day before our departure, we had a chance to meet Fran and Rich, along with their adorable dogs, which made me feel entirely at ease with leaving Paige in their care. They showed us around the facility and provided an opportunity for the dogs to acquaint themselves with one another. Dropping off Paige the next day was a breeze; she was already familiar with her surroundings and the other dogs. Throughout the week, Fran and Rich kept us informed about all of Paige's adventures and indulged her with some pampering. Paige made herself at home and had a blast playing with her furry friends in the spacious, fenced-in yard. Fran and Rich have been passionate about providing top-notch care for dogs for nearly 25 years, and their dedication shines through. We will certainly be returning to them for more doggy camp in the future.
