I have employed EKR on multiple occasions for both my personal residence and rental properties, and I always appreciate their prompt responsiveness and overall ease of collaboration.

At 8:00pm on a Wednesday, our kitchen sink began to back up, and we suspected that the garbage disposal may have been the culprit, but we couldn't be certain. Water had flooded the interior of our sink cabinet, leaving us with quite a mess to clean up. I reached out to four plumbers on CrackerJack, and Kiara from EKR was the first to respond. We arranged for the repair to take place the next morning at 9:00 am, and Ryan, Kiara's husband, arrived at our house promptly at 9:00. Although his team and work truck were 20 minutes away, it wasn't a significant issue since Ryan was there as expected. They successfully cleared the blockage and did an excellent job. When we're ready to renovate our third-floor bathroom, we'll undoubtedly contact them again! EKR comes highly recommended!
