My approach involves assessing clients' posture and movement systems to develop a tailored program that addresses their unique goals. Whether it's shedding weight, building muscle, preventing injuries, enhancing athletic performance, or improving posture and alignment, I use a variety of effective tools to design a holistic program that covers all bases. With a focus on corrective exercise, TRX suspension training, bodybuilding, power training, calisthenics, Russian kettlebell training, and yoga, clients are empowered to achieve their desired outcomes and eliminate musculoskeletal imbalances. Ultimately, my goal is to support clients on their holistic journey towards becoming the best version of themselves.

When I began working with Amrit a year ago, I was dealing with multiple physical and emotional challenges. At 56 years old, I had just injured my left leg and my right elbow was causing me pain. Additionally, I was only running once or twice a week and had never trained at the gym. On top of it all, I was losing my spouse to brain cancer. However, Amrit's training completely turned things around for me. He is an incredibly skilled and dedicated trainer who knows how to motivate and challenge me. Although his sessions were always intense, he was extremely meticulous and made sure I maintained the correct forms. He regularly checked in with me to see how I was doing and knew exactly which exercises I needed to fix my elbow and leg. His creativity meant that I never got bored, and as a result, I lost weight and built a stronger body that can handle even the toughest gym exercises. I take pride in my progress, and it's helped me strengthen my emotional state and boost my energy. It's clear that Amrit has a passion for what he does, and I highly recommend him.
