About
I have been repairing Apple Macintosh products since 1994, specifically in the Jacksonville FL region since 1998. Majority of my services are done on-site, whether in your home or office, while offering free pick up and delivery for work that cannot be completed at the site.

My services encompass a range of solutions, such as installation and configuration, transferring files from previous systems (including Windows), troubleshooting and problem-solving, drive maintenance and optimizations, performance enhancements, installation and upgrades of Mac OS and various software, upgrading RAM and hard drives (including SSD solid-state drives), laptop battery replacements, internet setups, general networking (excluding in-wall wiring), guidance and training in Macintosh training, and many programs. Additionally, I also provide assistance with iPhone, iPad, and iCloud services.

My admiration for Mike knows no bounds! He graced my humble abode and skillfully configured my printer with consummate ease. Moreover, he diligently scrutinized and trialed a plethora of printing options and platforms, both wireless and USB enabled. His deep erudition and methodical approach truly astound me! I unreservedly endorse him as my primary resource for any computing quandary emanating from the esteemed house of Mac!

Mike did an exceptional job fixing my iMac. Initially, I thought I would have to splurge $4,000 on a new one. With my new hard drive, which only cost $250, I can now extend the lifespan of my computer for years to come!
