About
Since July 2016, I have been working as a professional coach. Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of supporting people with personal identity, career advancement, relationship healing, breaking negative beliefs, and overcoming self-sabotaging behavior. However, I won't pretend to have everything figured out because who does?As a coach, I have an ACC Credential from the International Coaching Federation, the leading authority on life coaching worldwide. Additionally, I hold multiple other certifications, both ICF and non-ICF-Accredited, which have deepened my understanding and love for coaching. I am also a Facilitator through Certified Life Coach Institute, an ICF-accredited school that trains and certifies aspiring life coaches.
Apart from coaching, I have achieved success in Solo Exhibition Drill, worked as a lead training consultant through Drill-Team Dynamics, and served as a drill instructor/honorary officer in the South Sudanese People’s Defense Forces. Throughout these experiences, my leadership philosophy has been tested, and I have learned a great deal. I am also a devoted follower of Christ, but I respect and honor all people, regardless of their beliefs.
As a coach, I believe that everyone deserves to be seen and heard. Whether your goals are related to work or personal life, I will provide a safe space for you to explore, grow, and achieve success. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral coaching, executive coaching models, my in-house model, Project S.C.A.L.E. ™, and active listening to help you gain clarity and perform at your best.

The experience of working with Sam's Integrative Clarity Coaching (ICC) has been quite a journey - one that began with the goal of bringing about positive changes, especially during a challenging time in my life. Sam has a unique ability to tune in to the specific needs and desires of his clients. His approach is characterized by traits such as empathy, compassion, patience, and a sense of realistic optimism, which have proven indispensable in helping me move forward successfully throughout our collaboration. Nevertheless, as with many other pursuits, the outcomes of coaching depend on the amount of effort you put in. That being said, Sam is clearly committed to going above and beyond for his clients, taking each person's unique pace into account.
