They cancelled their appointment with sufficient notice, citing "unavailability" and requested to reschedule for a date after our relocation from the area. It's difficult not to assume that their cancellation was due to our minimal requirement of movers to move items to a PODS container and not for a local move that would entail more working hours.

The customer service is extremely poor. Your concerns are not a priority to them, as evident from their automated spam messages. Contacting them directly is impossible as they do not engage in personal communication.
