About
My journey with Building Advocate began in 2012 when I became a specialist in home renovations. My main job was to revamp outdated or non-functional fireplaces and transform spaces into an area for gathering and conversation. Witnessing the transformation of these worn-down spaces made me fall in love with the art of renovation. As time passed, I discovered more products that could renovate homes effectively and affordably. This is where I stumbled upon epoxy countertops, a beautiful piece of art that mimics natural stone at a fraction of the cost.
Over the years, my clients have continued to hire me for my attention to detail, a skillset I attained from remodeling countless homes. It was an easy transition for me to start offering home and building inspections because of my experience from witnessing the before-and-after effects of renovations and watching the assets rise in equity. I have also worked on many new homes, from the construction phase to the move-in process.
Today, I am happy to say that Building Advocate has grown since its beginning as a company that advocates for distressed or outdated properties. Our team consists of tradesmen who are experts in their fields, and we have the ability to take on any project. Building Advocate LLC provides a variety of services, including the renovation of fireplaces, installation of epoxy countertops, and home inspections.
