Without a doubt, they are worth every penny. Not only did they prevent me from owing any taxes, but they also secured a substantial refund for me. While they may not be easily reachable by phone, their prompt responses via email and streamlined office visits, averaging under half an hour, make up for it. I highly recommend this service! Due to my relocation to a new state in the midst of the tax year, I required extra assistance. However, after I presented all the necessary documents, my tax return was processed the subsequent day and I received my federal return the following week. The service provider is extremely prompt, efficient, and managed to exceed the estimated payout provided by Turbotax.
