On a Saturday, I utilized an app to locate someone who could assess my toilet. Zoom promptly responded and arrange for a plumber to visit on Monday morning. Following an examination, the plumber informed me that my rim jets required cleaning and offered to do so for the price of $189. This amount appeared extremely exorbitant for a simple cleaning job. Later, he declared that he couldn't complete the cleaning, but requested that I pay the full sum to close the job request. Additionally, he suggested that I needed a new toilet which would cost $850. As a resident of TX, and someone who has previously installed toilets, I was aware that I could acquire a new one for $150 in Orange County and install it myself for less than $850. Zoom's pricing is egregiously overpriced and I regret paying $189 for an unfulfilled service. My suggestion would be to opt for a different company.
